Subscription Billing Clarification

Good morning,
We would like some clarification regarding the pricing and monthly fee that
we should pay to Manychat in the following cases:

 

- in month 1, we reach 500 users and pay $15.
- in month 2, another 500 users are added, so we'd pay $25.
- from month 3, there are no changes, so the monthly fee remains $25.
- from month 4, there are no changes, so the monthly fee remains $25.

 

Are unique users calculated on a monthly basis or are they cumulative?
Is there a way to save on the monthly fee?

 

If I decide to cancel my PRO subscription after finishing an Instagram activity,
to stop paying, can I later subscribe again?

​@Umberto unique users are cumulative. And if you’d like to save, the only way is to remove subscribers from your Manychat account (you can delete them).

And yes, if you decide to cancel you can subscribe later, no problem at all.
