Subscription didn't cancel properly

Did anyone have a problem with cancelling ManyChat Pro subscriptions? I definitely canceled mine well before the next billing date only to find out that the subscription was still active. I was charged the bill accordingly even when I DEFINITELY cancelled well before the next billing date of May 23, 2024.

 

What the hell, ManyChat? Your Pro product had its bugs and hiccups even for $45, your support replies take forever, and you can’t even process a subscription cancellation request correctly? I got dusted by my boss because of you!

I’m having trouble cancelling for months now.  They continue to charge my card and no way to get into contact with them.  Will never subscribe to anything else unless they have bonafide customer service


Yes I’m having a hard time as well I’m going to have them blocked since no one responds when I send a message .
