Subscription Renewal Issue

Hi, 

 

I have been using ManyChat for a while now and its really an important partner to have. It makes my life easy. However, I am unable to renew the subscription for continuously 3 days. Tried with 4 different card details but system isn't just ready to accept any! The payments were on auto pay and it was smooth for past 4 months. Suddenly there seems to be some trouble. Can anyone help? 

Now all the automations have stopped running.. ruining my rest of the day and adds to my anxiety of replying to everyone under DMs and comments! phew.. please help! Many chat team please solve this for me :)

      I’m not able to renew my subscription since last 2 days, I checked with my bank everything is good, from last 3 months everything was smooth, I tried through different cards still everytime nothing is completed, it’s really important for my content, can anybody help me out pls?
