What steps exactly need to be taken to forward a chat with Manychat via WhatsApp directly to WhatsApp and continue it there via direct chat? Does the same number have to be set up on a smartphone using WhatsApp Business? Is this even possible with the same number (MANYCHAT & WhatsApp on a smartphone with the same mobile number???)
