Hey, can anyone here help me out? I’d like to know how I can switch from the API to the official WhatsApp Business app so I can use coexistence mode.
Hello @josuealfonso ,As far as we know, it is not yet possible to migrate from the API to the coexistence method. This method is intended only for those who already use the WhatsApp Business app, and it is not possible to do the reverse.Please see this post on the Manychat blog, where this is clearly explained:
