system consistently triggers a time setting error.

I’m experiencing an issue with ManyChat’s automated follow-up flow.
After editing the message content, the flow no longer sends messages according to the scheduled time and displays a “Time Setting Error.”

No time-related settings were modified during this update. The automation was functioning correctly prior to the content changes.

Since updating the content, the system consistently triggers a time setting error.

Could you please advise which configuration or component might be causing this issue?

@suger8007 could you share a screenshot of your automation and the error you’re getting?

Manychat added new controls recently to alert when messages go outside the 24 hours - as a way to help us make sure all messages are compliant.

It could be that one/some of your messages would trigger after 24 hours, and that’s why you’re getting this error.

It could also be a bug that needs to be reported to Manychat so they can fix it ;)
