I'm experiencing instabilities in the live chat and don't know where to ask for quick support.

On the status page https://status.manychat.com/ there's a button to report a problem, but it takes you to a page for asking questions.

I need to know where to report a problem where we need quick solutions. Like me, many people use Manychat for support on WhatsApp and other channels. If it's down or unstable, we lose our support flow.

I'd appreciate it if you could check and let me know where I can quickly report a problem.

To report such problems you can, as Rogerio said, submit a support ticket, or alternatively, report it here in the community, giving us as much detail as possible in the community so we can pass this information to the internal team.
