Tag-based exclusion from WhatsApp broadcast not functioning as expected

I’m trying to exclude certain contacts from receiving my paid WhatsApp broadcast template, but they still seem to receive it. I’m excluding them by adding a tag and using the “tag isn’t xx”.

 

Has anyone experienced this or knows how to properly exclude contacts?

Hi ​@Gustavo Boregio it worked! What helped me was adding funds to my account, so apparently that needs to be done first. Still, thanks!

    Hey ​@Sara_ this has always worked for me, I haven’t had issues with the contacts segmentation in Manychat.

    Are you sure the users are tagged in Manychat? And that they’re the right tag and not one with a similar name?

    If you’ve double-checked everything and there are issues, you’ll need to contact support so they can assist you.
