Technical glitch: Subscription flow not working as expected

I am experiencing an issue where my automated messages are being sent repeatedly to users, It seems like users cannot interact with the link effectively, and it looks like spam to the system. Does anyone know why the flow keeps repeating the same message instead of allowing the user to complete the subscription action via a button?"

Hey ​@Rm Bilel from here it looks like the person is just clicking the button several times.

Clicking the following button won’t make the person follow you. They have to go to your profile and follow up, then come back and click the button for it to work.

Is this what’s happening?

And as ​@Mel E said, if you have a screenshot of the build side we can see if anything is wrong with your setup.

      when they click the button Following, it doesn't work, so they click multiple times for it to work

      Hey ​@Rm Bilel - could you share a screenshot of the actual Manychat flow as Gustavo suggested? The build side, not the consumer-facing side? This will help us to see if there are any immediate issues in the build.
