Hi, my Telegram bot @JobSlimBot_bot is connected to Manychat. Messages from Telegram arrive in Live Chat and I can reply from Manychat, but my Telegram Welcome Message never triggers.What I already did:
– Created a Welcome Message flow and published it (no yellow dot).
– Selected this flow as Telegram Welcome Message in Settings.
– Enabled the Telegram channel and refreshed permissions.
– Renewed the bot token and reconnected the bot.
– Tested with /start and the Start button on different phones and with completely new Telegram accounts that never talked to the bot before.Result:
– No automation starts, no Welcome Message is sent.
– Only Live Chat works.Could someone from Manychat please check my Telegram integration and triggers on your side and tell me what is wrong with my account?`
