HI - I know its more a Facebook issue - but i dont find help on this and I want to use manychat to automate my whatsapp channel for my brand. However - I can not connect with manychat to it - it finds the account, it finds the number - but then somehow it doesnt work as it always says, that the number is already in use.
So the problem is: I registered one number - and somehow i can not verify the number as it says “number is already being used. However - I have no where else the number registered.
I have one business portfolio quoala.de, then I have one whatsapp account named Quoala. Then in the whatsapp manager i have this number registered - but as you can see - i cant verify it, as it is already in use.
I would really appreciate if someone could help me with this.
