Hello, Elcio! I just got a reply from the Manychat support team. Apparently, the problem has been solved! 

I’ve had this issue with manychat since I’ve been using it… The cursor just randomly jumps around in text if I position it with mouse or use arrow keys… it will move back to where it was after I start typing breaking text up
