Hi 

I want to sell products on live chat and to do so I linked my stripe account to see the Catalog button under payments section in the settings, but whatever i did the catalog button is not showing! I changed the stripe account and linked another one but still the same issue appears! and also i disconnected stripe and connected paypal but even though the catalog button is not showing! what to do? i sent to the support but they never reply although im a PRO member on Manychat 

Same thing happened to me.  They did reply via support ticket emails but only said to keep trying the Buy Button and never responded to the fact that Catalog option was never visible for me. I’ve been waiting 4 days to hear back from them. If I can’t resolve it, I can’t use ManyChat. Super Frustrating.
