In the previous funnel, there was a code word "WHAT" that stopped working, although it worked at the beginning. They thought it was too short.
They made a new funnel with the word "LESSON", it worked and at some point it stopped working. it was working perfectly when someone commented on that particular post. Manychat Automation sent links in their DMs. Currently, it is not sending,

A quick fix that often helps is refreshing your Instagram permissions in ManyChat.
You can do this by going to your ManyChat account and clicking Help → Refresh Permissions.
