the telegram bot automation work flow not working and live chat is not starting

Why is many chat so much errors? I tried to use live chat and automation and nothing work. I tried using like 3 bots but non of them working and even the live chat ain’t starting. And one time the automation and live chat is not working so I remove the bot and I wonder how but only after I removed the bot the bot send me too many automation messages since I used /start command  too many times to test if it’s work . And I added the bot again and it’s not working anymore lmao. Can someone tell me what’s with this problem or is it just poor handling of the manychat server or something else? Or if it’s happening because I’m using free plan? I  wonder if i have to spend money on a service with this many errors.

    Can some dev  tell me how to resolve this problem or Solve the issue in your server!

    ​@yuya not sure how you’re testing or setting stuff up, or if there’s a particular error with your accounts, but I have several (100’s) Manychat accounts, in Telegram and other channels, and I’m not seeing any issues.

     

    If you want share a bit more about your setup and we may be able to help.

    Telegram is particularly reliable, and I haven’t had any issues at all using it.

    i just added my bot and since than on the live chat it should be activate right? and i create automation workflow for welcome message and opt in and I think it’s has to reply to the /start command with the buttons I put in so I tested it in the preview section and it’s working fine so I publish it and check if the trigger is activated and I test it on my telegram bot and yea it’s not working do I have to add some properties or variable to it to make it work ? 

    For now the automation is not working and even so the live chat don’t. And if I send message to the bot it’s doesn’t come up here

    Check in Contacts, you should be able to see your user there and start the Live Chat conversation.

    The LiveChat will only open if it’s set to open with every conversation (Settings > Live Chat Behavior)
