Is it possible to use Manychat to auto-dm from keyword comments on a reel? We do this for Instagram and wanted to start using it for TikTok, but it doesn’t seem to be an option when trying to set up the automation trigger. If anyone could help, that would be great!

At the moment, TikTok doesn’t support auto-dm from comments (coming soon 
), but you can ask your audience to send you a private message instead!

Also, there are 7 ready-to-go templates that you can use. Go to automations tab → + New automation → Filter by TikTok channel
