TikTok auto-dm from comments?

Is it possible to use Manychat to auto-dm from keyword comments on a reel? We do this for Instagram and wanted to start using it for TikTok, but it doesn’t seem to be an option when trying to set up the automation trigger. If anyone could help, that would be great!

At the moment, TikTok doesn’t support auto-dm from comments (coming soon 👀), but you can ask your audience to send you a private message instead!

Also, there are 7 ready-to-go templates that you can use. Go to automations tab → + New automation → Filter by TikTok channel

        it looks like this option is in the works- any idea of when this might go live?! I can’t wait for it!

        Hi ​@Renée I think using Tik Tok has a lot of potencial eventhough we dont have the same features as IG yet.

        however as ​@rodrigo_silvano mentioned you can work in the mean time with the existing features. 🤗 which are really amazing! for example the one I had used with a Client for tik tok  paid adds was the URL. You can set it up as traffic objetive!

        Just create a new community post .---> an market it as an “idea”.
