Hello, I have set up an automation in tiktok where they are to send private message me a keyword to trigger an automation. I have received over 300 messages and they are all going to my “Message Request” folder all sending me the keyword and nothing is being triggered. Is there a cap on this?
This was working fine as of yesterday and then all of sudden no automation being triggered.

the trigger word is ‘curso’ and it worked, as you can see on the picture.. maybe try to look at permissions and refresh?
Apparently if the user is from EU, UK or USA it does not trigger the automation. So I have over 300 messages that was not automated because of the country they live in. Very bizarre to me that this would not work.

So the TikTok message to DM capability does not work for a US audience??
I am having the same problem (set up correctly, connection shows no errors) and no automation is sent to qualifying messages.

I guess there’s another reason why DMs aren’t sending, even though the account shows as connected. Too frustrating to troubleshoot with limited support so decided to cancel the subscription and use a different platform.
