Hi everyone! I’m trying to connect my TikTok account to ManyChat, but I’m having an issue that I believe may be related to a recent TikTok app update.
According to the ManyChat tutorial, I should be able to switch my TikTok account to a Business/Corporate Account. However, when I follow the steps in the current TikTok app, I don’t see an option to simply switch to a Business/Corporate Account.
The only option I’m seeing is “Business Verification”, which asks me to provide company information and upload CNPJ (brazilian documentation).
I don’t want to go through business verification or submit my CNPJ. I only want to change the account type so I can connect my TikTok account to ManyChat.
Has anyone experienced the same issue after the recent TikTok update? Is there another way to switch to a Business/Corporate Account without going through Business Verification or providing a CNPJ?
