Hi guys, I just set up a DM flow on TikTok since we don't have comments yey.
Message contains “keyword” then send a message.
After setting it up and making it live, I tested sending a DM with another account on another device. It shows the 3 seconds typing period but the actual messages didn't go through.
Anyone else facing a similar issue? Any fixes for this?

Try first with a simple keyword + a 'it works' message.
If that works, then continue debugging. If not, then you have a connection issue. Try reconnecting your account.
If it worked, then try adding more elements. Images for example, longer text, etc - until you find what's breaking your automation.
