TikTok DMs not reaching ManyChat Inbox / keyword automation not triggering

Hi everyone,
I successfully connected my TikTok Business account to ManyChat. However, when I send a DM from another account, it never reaches the ManyChat inbox and doesn’t trigger my simple keyword automation, while everything works fine on Instagram.

What I’ve tried so far:

  • Refreshed TikTok permissions multiple times

  • Disabled all automations in TikTok Business Suite

  • Tested DMs from different TikTok accounts

Any idea what could be wrong? Thank you

    ​@Autome it seems you have done all the necessary steps to troubleshoot.

    One last attempt I’d suggest is to completely disconnect it and reconnect to Manychat and try again.

    If you still cannot get a simple keyword trigger to work, I recommend contacting support.
