TikTok Integration is BROKEN!

I have tried a dozen times now to connect my business TikTok account to ManyChat. It keeps telling my that my account isn’t a business account and gives me a message to switch it, even though it is a business account.  1) I have a business account, 2) I have reviewed and confirmed all the info provided. 

Can someone explain this? I am US-based and was told this wasn’t available yet in the US but that now it was. Please can someone help? ManyChat doesn’t offer support - I really think this stinks!

I’m attaching the screen shot that shows me trying to connect the biz account followed by the screenshot of the message I get.

@JTODONNELL are you sure you’re logged in to the right TikTok account?

Whenever that happened to me, it was either because the account wasn’t a Business Account, or that my browser was logged in to the wrong account (a personal account, and not the Business account that I wanted to connect to Manychat).

I’ve solved it by logging out of TikTok on my browser, then logging in to the account I want to connect, and then reconnecting with Manychat. With this I can make sure it tries to connect to the right account.
