Quick question:
Is there any way to trigger a flow or send content to a contact after the 24h messaging window has closed?
Looking for possible options like:

- One-time notification (OTN)?
- SMS or Email fallback?
- Ads JSON or sponsored message trick?
- External triggers via API or Zapier?

Would love to hear what’s working for you all

Hi ​@FaisalRathor, The possibilities for sending messages/ flows after 24 hours window depends on the channels:

  • Messenger: You can send messages after 24 hours window if they have opted for notification list.
  • Instagram: Unfortunately there is no way to send messages after 24 hours window; you have use other strategies to have them opt-in again and keep in the 24 hours window
  • WhatsApp: You can send message templates (paid) after the 24 hours window.
