Currently, the instagram inbox automation only works when a user writes a message (trigger only for new messages). But because we have a feature that requires users to first share a post (post/reel), and that post then gets analyzed by our bot and he gets a reply, but because ManyChat currently only can input text from users, not this, we will likely cancel our subscription because that's not possible. Is there a workaround for this? And if not, then I would like to make this into an idea.
