Hi,
I'm building a WhatsApp flow and I need to trigger a scenario in Make every time a user sends a message — even if it's during the 30-minute automation cooldown.
Is there any way to bypass this cooldown? I simply want to receive a notification every time a user sends a message, regardless of whether the cooldown is active or not.

Hey,
Unfortunately, there's no way to disable it totally. Every time you respond via Live Chat it will activate the automation pause.
I've already suggested to implement an option to disable this pause some time ago:

As it is today, you have to manually resume the automations every time you chat with your contact:

30 minutes is the minimum you can choose to pause automations at the moment. There's no way to select less than that. 😥
The "Resume automations” is located in the right menu for every contact in the Live Chat. You have to manually click on the pause/ timer button and resume it:
Oh I miss the part the this is is suggestion for ManyChat to implement.
