Hi
Is there any built-in trigger or contact/conversation event that fires when a WhatsApp conversation is marked as “Closed” in the Inbox?
My goal is:
- When an agent clicks “Mark as Closed”
- Automatically reset custom user fields (language, menu_choice, session fields)
- So the next message always starts from language selection
Currently, I don’t see any trigger like “Conversation status changed to closed”.
Is the only workaround using Tags, or is there a native solution I’m missing?
