Trigger is randomly working

Hey there,

looking for a solution. Our keywords are randomly working, and I can't figure out what the problem is.

For example, an automation is set to:

User comments on your Post or Reel
All Posts or Reels
Specific Keywords
Comments include these Keywords:
COBS
Cobs

This one did not trigger: COBS 😍
These triggered: COBS, Cobs

Is really the emoji the problem? Because with another automation and trigger, it worked with the emoji. Someone used this READERINFO 🪐 and it worked.
