I’m facing a strange issue with one of my ManyChat automations and hoping someone can help.
1. I set up a trigger keyword for an automation. But when I test it by sending that keyword, the reply I get is completely unrelated to what I have set up in that automation.
2. I’ve checked all my automations in the dashboard, but I cannot find where that unrelated reply is coming from, it doesn’t seem to belong to any of my current automations.
3. To troubleshoot, I turned off all automations except for the one with the keyword I’m trying to use. But after doing that, when I send the keyword again, I get no response at all, not even the correct one.
