I’ve set up an automation in Many Chat but the automation is not working. We’ve refreshed permissions and it’s still not working when I preview and send a test. Any suggestions?

I have a flow that’s been working for multiple post but for some reason on my most up to date post when peoooe comment the keyword it’s not working at all. I’ve refreshed permissions and still doesn’t work.

Did you try to build an isolated automation to check if it works?
Also, I recommend you to check your connection on your FB profile.
