I have a pro plan. I have enabled a trigger “when user comments on post or reel”. When I close, the trigger automatically disables. Not sure why. Any help is appreciated.

The trigger doesn’t stay disable. It’s just the way it works.
Any help out there?? I’m may need to discontinue the subscription of I can’t figure this out.
