Hello,
I have the pro version and its been find but the last few weeks the triggers have stopped responding. Its missing some comments and sending blank dms even if they are following me. I have 1000s coming in and I've followed all the steps to make sure its set correctly and still no luck. Please help

If you haven’t already, try refreshing your permissions to see if automations start working properly again. This article explains how to do that:
