I am currently on the Pro plan, but I have been unable to create or publish an automation for the last two days. Every time I try, I receive the message: “Couldn't create automation. Try again later.”
This issue is seriously delaying my work, and since I am paying for the Pro plan, these days are being counted while I am not able to use the service properly. I would appreciate your urgent assistance in resolving this problem as soon as possible.
Could you please check my account and let me know what is causing this issue and what steps I should take to fix it?

@Rahima… just saw something about the issue…
There is an official status update regarding this exact issue (https://status.manychat.com/cmpmq6f3o0dhvnrm0y76x6gxc). Manychat is currently investigating a bug where publishing a quick Automation with a Comment Trigger connected to a specific Post or Reel causes a "Couldn't create Automation" error message to pop up.
While the team works on a definitive fix, there are two workarounds you can use right now to bypass this:
Switch the trigger settings from a specific post to "Any post or reel".
In the Automations tab, follow this path: "+ New Automation" -> "+ Start From Scratch" -> "Start from a blank canvas" -> "+ New Trigger" -> select the "User comments on your Post or Reel" Trigger. From there, you can choose the "Specific Post or Reel" option without experiencing the issue.
I can feel your frustration, especially since you are on the PRO plan and have urgent work delayed because of this issue. 🫠
Sometimes, errors like "Couldn't create automation" can happen due to temporary browser conflicts. A quick step that might help is clearing your browser's cache and cookies, or trying to access Manychat and publish your automation using an incognito window.
