That means that you’re trying to connect the same Instagram account to another Manychat account, but that IG account is already connected to an old Manychat account.
The request is sent to the Manychat account, not to the IG/FB account.

What is the problem you’re facing? Can you describe it to be able to help you?
My Manychat account used to be connected to my IG. then I disconnected for a while.
Now I’m unable to connect it again.
On Manychat I can see the request has been sent but i don’t receive any request on IG.
I even tried connecting through Meta Business but it didn’t work.
