Hi everyone 👋

I’m relatively new to ManyChat and I’ve hit a bit of confusion I’m hoping someone can help clarify.

I seem to have two different ManyChat workspaces:

One created via Google login (on a paid plan), but with limited features and no Meta channels behaving as expected.

Another created via Facebook login, connected to Facebook/Instagram, where I have full AI + automation features available (currently on a free trial), and where all my main work/flows live.

My questions are:

Is this expected behavior (separate workspaces per login method)?

If I upgrade the Facebook-connected workspace to the Pro plan, will all my existing automations and AI agents remain intact?

Is there any recommended way to consolidate or should I simply abandon the Google-login workspace and continue with the Meta-connected one?

I want to make sure I’m upgrading the correct workspace before committing to the $44 plan and avoid rebuilding anything unnecessarily.

Any guidance from experienced builders would be hugely appreciated 🙏

    Hi ​@KP Selepe , welcome to ManyChat! 

    From your description, it does sound like you have two separate ManyChat accounts, created using different login methods (Google vs Facebook). You can confirm this by clicking your profile photo → Manage Accounts.

    If your automations and AI agents live in the Facebook/Meta-connected workspace, make sure you upgrade to pro that same workspace .

    If you want to move flows between accounts, you can use “Duplicate to another Page” or My Templates.

    If you only see one account under Manage Accounts and the behavior still feels inconsistent, then it may be a login or permission issue. In that case, I’d recommend reaching out directly to the ManyChat Support team.
