My name is Rimsha, and I’ve been actively working with ManyChat since 2021. I currently manage over 30+ clients on Pro accounts and am a Top-Rated freelancer on platforms like Upwork, specializing exclusively in ManyChat. With a 100% job success score, over 50 completed ManyChat projects, and countless satisfied clients, I regularly recommend and onboard new customers to ManyChat as part of my services.

I do have a few concerns regarding the Agency Program and some other ManyChat features that I’d like to clarify.

Given my long-term contribution and loyalty to the platform, I was surprised to find that:

• I do not have access to the Agency Program in my profile settings
• The Live Support feature is also missing from my account

Could you please help me understand:

• Why these features are not currently available on my profile, and what caused this issue?
• When I can expect access to both the Agency Program and Live Support features?

Additionally, I have a question regarding commissions:

• Will I be eligible to receive commissions for clients I’ve previously referred or onboarded, even if I didn’t have access to the advanced Partner or Agency features at the time?
• If not automatically, is there any way to retroactively apply or claim those commissions?
