Trying again. Subscriber list help

How do I download my subscribers so that I can import them into ActiveCampaign? I did set up the integration, but none of the 80+ subscribers have been added to AC.
I asked about this a few hours ago and don’t even see my question anywhere. Sorry if I’m just missing it.
