Hi there, Manychatters! Quick question! Is it possible to connect two Instagram accounts under one ManyChat account?

​@Dianne_Del_Reyes no, you'll need 2 Manychat accounts.

But if you want, you can copy flows across accounts so you don't have to rebuild them ;)

      Another question also, can I still reconnect with those people who commented the specific keywords I set-up for automation? I understand though that there are rules/limitations to follow  and I’ve read that if it’s beyond 24 hours, we cannot message them via DM.

      I just want to know the best way to reconnect with these people inside FB and IG DM or can I send a general message to these people? Thanks.

      ​@Dianne_Del_Reyes do you mean people who commented before connecting Manychat?

      If that''s the case, then no, there's no way to do that with Manychat. The only alternative is to message them manually through IG/FB.
