Hello ManyChat team,
I’m from Ukraine and I’m currently learning AI automation as part of an educational course. I would like to use ManyChat Pro to build and test an Instagram AI assistant as part of my course projects.
I found information about the Ukraine Relief Program, which previously provided Ukrainian customers with free Pro access. The information I received from ManyChat Support mentioned that the program was available until June 30, 2026.
However, it is now September 2026, and I cannot find any information confirming whether the program was extended or discontinued.
I contacted the ManyChat AI Support Assistant, but it could only tell me that:
- my account currently shows the standard 14-day Pro trial;
- there is no “Start Pro for Free” option in my Billing section;
- there is no separate application or activation option for the Ukraine Relief Program.
Could a ManyChat team member please confirm:
- Is the Ukraine Relief Program still active after June 30, 2026?
- If it has been extended, are new Ukrainian users still eligible?
- If it is still available, how can I activate it on my account?
I have a Ukrainian bank card and can provide any information needed to verify my eligibility.
I would appreciate an official confirmation before starting the standard 14-day trial, since that trial requires a payment card and automatically switches to a paid subscription afterward.
