Hi all, 
I’m trying toactivate my 5th automation in free plan (hai less than 1000 subscribers, all of my automations are set with a trigger that contains one specific (past)  Instagram post and “Any comment”, so I do not understand why I should change to pro plan. 
In answers to similar questions I’vre read if there is a pro feature in use, but it is not clear want could be used in a free plan as a pro feature. 
At the beginning I’vre tried to set up the automation with the “next post” but it did not work and I figured out that teh reason was that “next post” is a pro feature. So I guess, since it did not work for me, I did not use it, and after I had to change it to a “specific post” when the post was already published.
So as I see I do not use any pro feature and nontheless the aumoation does not work.

With your free plan, you can have 3 keywords. How many do have at the moment?

Thanks for the answer. I do not have any keywords. In all of the triggers the setting is “any answer”.

In all of the autmations there are these steps:

  1. User comments on yout post or reel
  2. Any comment
  3.  Three public replies

Thank you for the answer. Since with 826 folowers and after 4 automations I do not want to change to pro plan (it does not worth it yet) is there any chance to use the free plan or for me it finishes here?
I see “unlimited custom chatbot flows”  that sincerely I don’t know what means and I cannot find a tutorial how to build it.

If you don’t need more automations/keywords/triggers or using conditions, smart delays, or other pro features, you can use the free plan until you reach 1000 contacts.

After that, all your automations will stop until you upgrade your plan.

Thank you for your answer. So to make it clear the main function for which everyone wants to use Manychat can be used only 4 times in the free plan, the less important condition is the number of contacts. 

​@olaszsarokagival You can have one automation and 1000 contacts or you can have 4 automations and 200 contacts or both up to the limit. There isn’t one “less important” than another.

 

The important to know is that you never have more feature than announced in the Manychat pricing page. (https://manychat.com/princing)
