In my ManyChat subscription tab, it shows "Trial" while also indicating that ManyChat Pro is active. Despite this, I'm unable to add contact numbers in ManyChat. Can anyone assist me in resolving this issue and guide me on what needs to be done?

Hi,
As Rodrigo already said, some functionalities only work after the trial period.
If you want to skip that, open a ticket to the support team asking to end the trial period and immediately star the full PRO subscription: Manychat Help

It’s possible to import contacts to the WhatsApp channel, but you have to wait until the trial period ends. Once you start your PRO subscription, you will be able to do it.
