Hello ManyChat Team,

 

I hope you’re doing well.

 

I am currently experiencing an issue when trying to connect my Instagram account to ManyChat. Every time I attempt to connect, I receive the following error message:

 

“This channel was connected to ManyChat multiple times. Please contact support to unblock the channel connection.”

 

I no longer have access to the previous workspace that was connected to this Instagram account, and I am unable to remove the link from my side.

Please assist me in unlinking my Instagram account (username: د/عم توتة للحسابات 🌕) from the old workspace so I can connect it to a new one.

 

I would really appreciate your urgent help in resolving this issue.

Since you no longer have access to the previous workspace, I recommend submitting a request directly to the ManyChat support team so they can review your case and see how they can assist you. Be sure to include as much information as possible.
