Hi, I’ve run into this situation and need help.
My client has a newly created ManyChat account that currently has Instagram automations connected and working.
Now we want to connect Messenger automations, but when we click on Messenger, we see this message:
“This page was connected to Manychat by another admin. To access the account in Manychat, send a request to X.”
The issue is that this person (from the previous marketing team/agency) is not responding and is not approving access.
How can we solve this?
That old agency is no longer connected in Meta Business Suite, and they’re also not connected to the new ManyChat account, but the system is still asking for their approval.
