Hi everyone when I try login with my insta account it shows your account is already connected to your account and it shows that switch account then what should I do i have that account only

This means that your Instagram accounts is already connected to a Manychat account. If you don't know wich account it could be, get in touch with the Support Team to get help with that (https://help.manychat.com/)
And if you find out wich Manychat account has your Insta account binded to it, you can ask to change the ownership to your new account: https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/15477944325916-How-to-transfer-ownership-of-the-Manychat-account
