Unable to Create a New Support Ticket

This is most likely tied to your account's plan. Ticket support is only available on certain paid plans, on the free plan ticket access is pretty limited, so sometimes the option to create one just doesn't show up.

What you can do:

Use the chat bot inside ManyChat or in the Help Center. If it can't solve it, your request gets escalated to the support team.
