Unable to create new automation on free plan

Dhruval

I am on a Free Plan. I am using Auto-DM Links From Comments feature. I have created 4 automations. My Free Contacts Limit is 0/1000.

I am not using any Pro Feature.

Now I am unable to create new automation. As I press the Go Live button, it prompts me to buy Pro Version.

Please help to resolve this problem or please share email or something which can connect me directly to Manychat team.

Thank you.

Hey, @Dhruval

I also answered this question to @olaszsarokagival here:

You can have only 3 keywords per free account. How many do you currently have?

Here, https://manychat.com/pricing, you can find the full comparison between free and pro plan.

Let me know if this helps 🙂

Hi, the same here. I do not understand why it does not work. Hope it’s just a bug and will be resolved soon.

Hey, @Gerstin

Go to https://manychat.com/pricing and check if is everything under the limits.

Example:

You can’t have more than 10 tags in your account

or

You can’t have more than 3 keywords

Also, check your automations to understand if you’re not using any PRO features like conditions, smart delays, external requests, etc.

Hey, @petradurica!

Can you take a screenshot of your automation to see how it's built? If the pop-up to upgrade to Pro is appearing, usually means that your automations are using a Pro feature.

Thanks for the screenshots @petradurica !

I see you’re using the quick automations templates, so there’s no way to add pro features in there.

So, how many automations do you currently have activated? And how many keywords are you using at the moment?

I have 3 active automations, just 1 keyword

I see many people have the same problem with 4th automation. Is this a bug?

@petradurica You can only use 3 keyword triggers. Even if it’s the same keyword in different automations, it still counts as 3. That’s why it asks you to upgrade when you try to create a fourth.

This means I have 2 options now, or to have just 3 LIVE automations, so I can delete one and new one will count as a third key word? Or do I need to anyway upgrade my plan if I want to create a fourth.

Thanks

@petradurica You can delete one of them and create another one (the third) or you have to upgrade your plan to have unlimited automations.

You can compare all the features here: https://manychat.com/pricing
