Spent Sunday evening creating account and setting up telegram bot flow and other automations.
End of night got blocked and can not log in for whatever reason.
I've sent a support ticket to the team by filling out the form same Sunday Night (March 29th, 9:30pm EST) - No reply from anyone for almost 48hrs now. Is that normal?
Can’t even check the status of the ticket as it’s asking to log in and I can’t log in with that account whatsoever as access is denied.
Anyone has same situation where they can’t log in? I understand if it takes up to 24hrs to get a reply from support but having to wait for almost 48 hours is beyond ridiculous. Ticket #476088, Tried checking status with this new account I created and it’s giving me an error…

In most of the cases, this error means that your account got banned from Manychat.
And that only happens if you violate Meta or Manychat’s terms of use/ policies. (https://manychat.com/legal/tos#7.-prohibited-uses)
If you already opened a ticket to Manychat’s support, they probably will get in contact with you with additional information.
