I am getting this thing when i amtrying to connect my instagram what does it mean?

That means that Instagram account belongs to another business account.

I am getting a similar issue. I am the owner of the Instagram account. I got an email from ManyChat saying that I was asking for access. I thought I deleted my first ManyChat account. I have the email, but I don’t know how I logged in. None of my Google accounts have any messages from ManyChat so I don’t know which one I used. The email that the request was sent is a yahoo account. I have gone to Instagram, Facebook and removed all access. I clicked the request access, but I don’t think I am logging into the correct account. I do I figure that out?

When you remove access on Instagram or Facebook, it means you’re removing Manychat’s permissions to send messages. Your Instagram or Facebook account remains connected to Manychat, but you won’t be able to send automations, etc.

 

You need to log in to your old Manychat account and remove the associated accounts in order to be able to connect them to the new Manychat account.
