I have been using Manychat for over a year. But last month I had to delete the facebook account attached to my IG and connect it to a different facebook because of some problems I had with Meta business suite. However, now that that is done I can no longer access the manychat account for that old facebook page to fix my billing (I pay for multiple accounts) and reconnect my IG accounts to my manychat.
There is literally no way for me to fix this without someone from the manychat team helping me out because the old FB login I used to connect doesn’t exist anymore.
I love the product and I’ve spent over $500 over the past year using Manychat, someone please help me out here
