Unable to remove telegram bot

Jariel Marconi

As the title says, im unable to remove telegram bot from account. I have admin role (not owner), but the “remove” button isnt there for me. Then i created a second account, added a telegram bot and the button to remove does show up, but in the account i need to remove its just not showing. Me or even the person who created the connection cant see the button (we both have Admin role). What can I do? I need to solve this problem please help.

@Jariel Marconi usually only the account owner can remove accounts. This is the person that appears as owner in Settings > Team Members.

If you’re an Admin you have access to everything, except removing and deleting the Manychat account.
