Hi,
I’m unable to reactivate my ManyChat Pro subscription. My previous subscription ended on June 8, 2026, and all invoices are marked as paid.
When I click “Return to PRO,” I receive the following error:
“Sorry, we cannot renew the subscription right now. Please contact our friendly support to proceed.”
I have also tried clearing my browser cache and logging in again, but the issue remains. Could you please check my account and let me know how I can reactivate the Marketing Automation Pro plan?
