Can anyone here help me to find out why my Flows in Manychat suddenly disappear? 

While my old campaigns are still working, but cannot setup new campaings with the Manychat flows.

 

It happened when I was setting up new campaings. As usual, I moved to “Partner App” to select my flow for Facebook ads. When I clicked on it, there was nothing appearing, I have tried to refresh many times but I did not work.

 

@hogkai did you try to ‘Refresh Permissions’ on Manychat?

This usually does the trick and solves most issues ;)

If you still have issues, make sure the flows are properly published and connected to an Ads trigger, and that there are no errors when you save them on Manychat.

I am having this same issues and I have done everything correctly even gone as far as contacting FB. This seems to be a manychat problem
